East Coasters

EastCoasters specializes in creating simple, functional, American made products from recycled rubber
that would otherwise pollute our east coast landfills.
When EastCoasters was just a concept, they procured enough material, a single 5-inch round die, and a rubber
mallet to manually produce 100 sample coasters. They sold their first two wholesale orders totaling 600 coasters
without a direct link to material supply, or the machinery and tools necessary to fill those orders. Born out of
necessity, they financed the required tools and machinery to produce the orders with what little credit they had
available to them. Since our inception in 2014, they've recycled approximately 20 tons of rubber.
