SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY
In order to maintain our quality standards, as of June 11, 2021, through September 30, 2021, orders containing CHOCOLATE, GUMMY, or CARAMEL EDIBLES will incur an additional $5 surcharge at checkout to cover the cost of insulated shipping which includes:
-Thermal Insulated Wrap
-Upgraded Priority 2-3 Day Shipping
This surcharge will only be applied once per order, NOT for each individual chocolate or gummy product.
SHIP DATES: To ensure that the ice keeps the edibles cool enough, all orders are shipped with transit times of no more than 3 Business Days. Orders containing the above-listed edibles placed after 11am Thursday will be held until the following Monday to ensure packages do not sit in hot temps over the weekend.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: We recommend that you ship your edibles to an address where someone will be available to accept your shipment. We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery where the edibles may melt.
We recommend shipping to a Business Address if you or your recipient will not be home to accept delivery.
DISCLAIMER: While we will make every attempt to ensure your order arrives without melting, we make no guarantees. If you choose to place an order for any of the above listed edible products through our online store between June 11 and Sept 30, or if the temperature in your region is above 70 degrees, you do so at your own risk.

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class Mail. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
At this time we ship domestically to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to email@example.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (716) 260-1324 to speak to customer care.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that it was received. If you feel that you are entitled to a refund on your purchase, please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Note on Efficacy: Everyone’s experience with CBD is a little different and there’s no one guaranteed or standard solution. Some people find a very small amount of CBD to be what they need while others take much more; CBD is a very personalized supplement and may not be effective for some individual’s specific goals. In addition, the advice and claims we can make are limited by restrictions placed on dietary supplements by the FDA—please consider reading scholarly articles on the efficacy of CBD for your circumstances. It’s also important to understand that you won’t necessarily feel anything when using CBD (there’s no mental or physical high).
How long will it take to ship my order?
We try our best to get out as many packages as possible, even if that means running to the post office to drop off your package. Due to the high volume of orders, after your order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your package to be shipped. If there is a delay on our end for any reason we will send an email to let you know. Please note the day your order has been shipped, does not count as the 1st business day of shipping. For example, if your order shipped on Tuesday, the 20th for USPS, the 20th does not count as the first shipping day, but the 21st does.
Most packages will be provided with a USPS Tracking number which we include in our customer confirmation emails. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a precise delivery date for pre-orders. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your pre-order to be delivered. If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to the sender please contact us. We’ll double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If we put the wrong address on a package we’ll ship a replacement on our dime ASAP. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us for $3.75.
We cannot reimburse our customers for the shipping costs of returning an item and must deduct the shipping cost from the refund total. We ship all our products as fast as possible, but depending on the buyer’s location the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach them may vary.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to update. If you did not receive it, please email us at info@sativaremedy and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
